I've owned my pair of Vivo Breatho Trails for over 3 years. The cleat treads were awesome and they were fantastic for hiking and trail running. I love them but they've pretty much worn through the bottom...
After finding that the Breatho Trail was discontinued, I checked out Vivo's newer trail shoe: Trail Freak 2. But I did some homework and it turns out they have terrible reviews stating surprising things I didn't expect from Vivo — that they start to rip after 3 months, the treads have no durability, pinching toe boxes. This is the complete opposite of my experience with the Breatho Trail, which held up great until the end. (FWIW, the Trail Freak 1 has decent reviews but I can't find them in my size.)
Does anyone know of a similar shoe that's good for the trail? I was looking at the Merrell Trail Glove 3 but I'd like to get some thoughts on other shoes. Thanks!
