Foot Pain After Toe Spreading
Post Body

Hello all, I have been aggressively toe spreading to solve some other issues with the alignment on my sesamoid bones, wearing correct toes, stretching big toes medially with a resistance band, and resistsnce training medially to pull the big toe out.

Started getting some irritation/tightness/swelling in the soft area inbetween my first and second toes. Seems to come with start of activity, sorta loosen up over time and tighten up after stopping. Wonder if anyone has experienced this and if its just muscle tiredness or adjusting to the new foot positioning/mechanics?
