VFF V trek insulated sizing

I caved in and bought my first pair of VFFs (v neop) last week in my normal shoe size 42 and LOVE THEM. they fit fine without socks but I definitely feel they could be a size bigger. I’ve been eyeballing the V Trek insulated model because the Neops are not for this weather. The website says the trek insulated run small and i should size up. Assuming my VFF size is a 43 should i order a 44 insulated?
