Valdes is leaving because he hates Rosell

This seems to be pretty obvious. I'm pretty sure he hasn't signed a new contract since Rosell has been elected, I don't think he's leaving just for money reasons, and then there's that video from a long time ago, where Rosell is greeting the players on the field and he loops 20 feet around the guy just to avoid him.
I'm pretty sure Valdes hates him, for good reason, and that's why he's leaving at the end of the season.
