How do yall feel about this idea i’ve been in the same shop since i finished school for about a year and honestly the owner is really cool however( it’s only us two )and i feel still walled i only spend about $640 a month on booth rent which is a steal. But i still feel like im missing out on growing bcz the owner is pretty much set on what he has and doesn’t mind the empty shop. I have recently been going hard offering FCF on Fb, handing out vouchers, boost on the booking app all that. My mom is really supportive and she wants to move closer to where the shop is. do yall think i should cop a shed and toss it in the backyard and run it up. my plan is too have my first investment property by 21. I included some of my work so you guys can know where im at

Is your plan even allowed where you live?

In my state to be a licensed shop you must have running hot & cold water and sewer/wastewater at minimum - and as a licensed individual you cannot work outside of a licensed shop.

Your city may also have issues with running a business like this from a shed on your property.
