I'm sick and goddamn tired of people booking long services and then no-showing, it makes me want to smack them in the head with a ratchet.
It's always the biggest, most expensive appointment of the day. Today it was the very last appointment, so at the very least I got cleaning done so I didn't need to stay late. I'm so sick and goddamn tired of this happening, and it's always with this one service, that I'm actually considering dropping it. It's money out of my pocket and I've just about had it.
Iād definitely charge a no-show fee, my step mother does this for her barbershops and once I get my license 100% doing the same
