So I work from 9am to 7pm which is the shop hours. But for the last two weeks literally 14 days in a row I have stayed at work until 8pm or later. Im getting really tired of it. We are a walk-in barbershop. So people walk in 6:45 up until 7. The owner said we HAVE to take them if they come in but, like I have a life outside of the shop and a girlfriend as well I can’t keep staying after We don’t have any incentives of staying after hours. But if we’re late to work we have a percentage deduction. Also people need to have some damn respect for us barbers and don’t be that last minute client when we’re about to close. Like do you go to a restaurant at closing time? Probably not because you have some respect and know they still have to clean after.
