What's the likelihood

So what's the likelihood that the 3 day quarantine will be gone by July? I posted awhile back when I was at 7 days and I've held on about booking another trip as I would be going with a big group to Barbados for a scuba trip. I did get my money back with the option to rebook just wondering thoughts on the 3 day quarantine going away for unvaxed.
