Becoming a Lawyer

Hi all, I’m a Canadian citizen and recent law school graduate from an institution in the UK. I’m currently working on my citizenship for Barbados and pondering the idea of practicing in the country.
Are there any internationally (UK) qualified lawyers now practicing in Barbados that may have advice on this process? I have a few firms I’d like to reach out regarding employment opportunities but I don’t want to get ahead of myself.
