Since many people here tried to help with the situation at my bar and for those who will read first ( Im out for the country for 10 days, still 5 left, some of you recommend to designate a supervisor so I did)
I designated her because she is the most experienced in the team but also because of that she has some arguments with the bartender that is very lazy or slow, thing got worst when j left , he is not respecting her , and she is not speaking with him, so basically if a drink is ordered she will go and do it instead of asking it to the bartender.
Last night the bar was crowded and the bartender was using the phone a lot so she called him the attention and some bad words were said.
Basically now I have an experienced waitress with an attitude, and a lazy bartender.
Idk what to do, they both has some wrongs but can't afford to fire them both, at least at the same time.
Fire her for what?
