Does anyone know if increasing troop skill level via your own perks (specifically Aserai Palace Guards two-handed being boosted to 160) will grant them the perks further down the line. Like, will my Palace Guards be able to block ranged attacks with their two-handers since their skill surpasses the level they'd be able to choose that perk at?
...hell do the troops even have those perks the same way player characters and companions do
