Haven’t played in two years. What is the current state of the game? Did they add more flavor and something new?

Stopped playing because every npc lord and companion feels the same. Even without little dialogues like in Warband or goddamn Viking Conquest. Also diplomacy was not existing at all. Only declare war and peace options. Game had a potential to become Crusader Kings in 3D with realistic battles. But…
