At what age does Rhaega usually die?

Im doing a play through as a vassal in the southern empire, Rhaega ended up dying around the age of 59 so i became the emperor but i was in a situation where I could battle my way ay out or escape at all so I had to reload my last save and that brings me 5 years later Rhaega is now aged 64 and well alive and still empress. Why and how is it all randomly generated?
