Bankruptcy on my car that was stolen

I had a 23 hellcat charger, that was stolen out of my driveway. The thing is my insurance some how is screwing me over and not paying for the car as a loss. I pay $680 a month, I make 120k a year, own my home, I’m 26 years old. Can I file bankruptcy on this debt even if I don’t physically have the car anymore?
