Loophole in Bankruptcy?
Post Body

Decided to rewrite this post.

“Did I find a loophole in filing for bankruptcy?”

So to correct myself, I was in the process of filling for Chapter 7 bankruptcy. I was in the process of paying the processing fees, but due to financial hardships, I was not able to pay the proper fees to get the credit bureaus to report Chapter 7 bankruptcy on my account. After the company and I agreed not to continue payments, the case was closed. I was never able to get a court hearing or anything. When I finally checked my credit after everything, I assumed I was going to accure all of the debt the chapter 7 company contacted, but none of them contacted me back for money whilst all of my cc debt, cc history got wiped.

Will I occur thee debt in the near future? Or what happened? Is my credit reporting with no chapter 7 bankruptcy and no cc history?
