In a chapter 13 in NY
Filed in late August- thought all was well - been making monthly payments since September - the proposed payments that the lawyer submitted.
My 341 meeting has been adjourned 3 times now - is that normal? Last adjournment was late November.
Since then...crickets....
Pacer doesn't show anything since the 3rd adjournment.
I'm keeping with monthly payments, there's questions about the payment amount apparently, but again not hearing anything.
Should I worry?
