Have a few questions looking to figure out..

My ch 13 is going to cost $4000.to the lawyer... ive paid 1500 so far, will the whole amount need to be paid prior to the 341 meeting? Or can I pay lawyer after?

My estimated payment is 400 a month - with a disposable income figured to be 800 a month - do you think my payment will stay about 400 or go up closer to the 800?

I'm hoping to be able to put any extra into savings as I do not have an emergency fund, or much in my 401k.

How often does trustee get my financial info after all is said and done? Do they get tax returns, bank statements etc?

I'll be transparent to trustee with all my finances as necessary, but again I'm hoping to be able to save for my retirement

Stopped paying my cards, getting so many calls and emails - I just ignore them - is that right??
