How to keep small savings secured loan through Ch 7?
Post Body

I'm filing ch 7 pro se, IL. I have a very small ($65) loam, secured by $65 in a savings account with the credit union. I imagine maintaining this will be beneficial for my credit score post bankruptcy.

Do I need to reaffirm the loan in order to keep it active? And claim the $65 savings account on my exemptions?

I am aiming to discharge an $11,500 credit card debt with the same credit union (amongst other debts) in the ch 7 if that affects anything.

You're going bankrupt over $11,500? Do you have an attorney?
