Hey everyone. I wanted to first start off by saying that since I got my discharge in January that life has been so much better.
With that being said. My partner and I have been talking about her car lease. I was wondering if buying the lease out would be an option around Christmas time? Being post discharge by 10 months I don't think that it would be hard correct? Or do you think they will have issues with it.
I've already gotten a secured credit card from TD. I tried capital one, but they denied me. There's is one card that is still restricted on their system, I've been fighting with them to get it removed. But they said that they will not be able to give be credit because of this account.
I am wondering if I need to call my lawyer about this?
Anyways, looking forward my credit went from 550 to 680 after discharge. I maxed out the TD card and I'm working on paying it down.
What I'm wondering is, will lease companies let you buy a car out from the lease post Discharge. I run a small business, I'm not sure if that complicates things.
