Ive had several issues w wells fargo through the years. One of those being they allow any and all charges to go through. I keep my balance on that card at $0 most of the time, due to my issues w them. Ive tried to close it (which they give me a hard time abt) and ultimately decided to make it an emergency card. Today i woke up to a $502 overdraft from some random loan company that my acct has been closed w for months. Theyve done this before and ive had to file fraud against them. My question is what should i say when i contact wells fargo? Im beyond annoyed w this bank and baffled at how that even seems reasonable when the acct balance is at 0! They give no option to stop allowing overdraft. I never overdraft it when out shopping or anything, only these one off situations but they always allow it. What do i do besides close the card?
