Is anyone a Chase Bank customer? I found out that my statements DOES NOT archive check deposits and keep records of this in the statements. If you deposit the check through the ATM, you get to see the image of the check scanned (up to two years) in your activity. I had to get a copy of an old check I deposited (from 6 years ago) and I thought my statements would have that copy. Nope! There's not even a check number reference on it for it either. Do all banks do this too? I find this irresponsible and frustrating.
