Good ol' Chase customer 'service' cost themselves an account.

Wanted to change a credit card to a different product. They said they could do it, but I'd need to call. I told them no. Either do the change or re-allocate the available credit limit between two other accounts and close the card in question.
They chose option B.
Costs me nothing at all. I have the same available credit and this was one of my newest cards, so no hit on aging. I got it for the signup bonus only and used that.
Oh well.
