Citizens Bank app and website

I like citizens bank they have always given me great customer service and their banking system is fast. However their app and website are outdated, slow, and completely non user friendly it’s very frustrating. I like the bank but the fact that they have such outdated, laggy and big filled systems for their customers to use is insane
