Depositing large sum of USD into Bank of America from Coinbase exchange

Is there any prior steps or precautions I should take before move ing the money into BofA account? In terms of it coming from Coinbase or anything like that?
My account activity doesn’t usually see large inflows like this from cyrpto. Any advice?
