I had an issue this week with B of A where I spent 90 minutes on the phone speaking to 3 people including a supervisor and they couldn’t answer my questions. Couldn’t or wouldn’t. I thought I knew what the issue was and asked literally 10 times directly with zero answers or ownership from anyone. I had to go to a branch where the branch manager answered my question within 15 minutes. I reached out to B of A corporate through X(Twitter) and they couldn’t care less about what happened. I’ve been a customer for 20 years and I’m leaving because they are so incompetent and uncaring. I’m positive if I had 5 figures or more on deposit with them, they would have treated me much differently.
