Great seed I found for a small map.

Randomly clicking through seed generation and landed on this.
You start out right next to a large river system with a large amount of forest. It also hase a large amount of flat land for future development to the south/south west and another large swath of flat land to the north over the river.
There's also a small spot of land across the river on the east that has mountain access and is perfect for a quarry/mine industrial park.
