Refund Delay. PLEASE HELP

It has been 6 days since i canceled 2 of my orders and i've not received the refund yet. After begging to process it several times yesterday they told me they have refunded the money but when i asked for transaction ID they flipped and told me that refund hasn't been done yet. WTF is going on? will I get my money back?
