I purchased my first B&O speaker, a Beoplay a9 fourth gen from Amazon, and it turns out I have the model without GVA. Frankly, I’m not upset about this. Aside from the below, I absolutely love it; I’m already thinking about what my next one will be!

The problem I’m having is that every time I try to run the room compensation process through the app, it fails and says the microphone isn’t working.

I think my confusion is coming from the fact that I think my model has a microphone (??), because I have the mute toggle on the back and the red lights go on/off on the front.

Am I missing something here? I feel like I’ve done a hundred searches and haven’t seen anyone having a similar issue, so I’m worried I’m overlooking something. Appreciate any ideas in advance!
