Hardened hotend/extruder questions?

I need help. I am wanting to print abrasive materials such as wood and metal PLA but do not have a hardened nozzle or extruder gear for my P1S. I am wondering what is out there in terms of quality and features. Is there a diamond one with changeable nozzles? Is diamond even the best one to buy? I am looking for the highest quality, longest lasting one. Assume price is not a factor and give me your dream hotend/extruder assembly.
