AMS failed to pull back filament errors constantly

Post Body
Does anyone else have issues with getting repeated AMS errors?! So I have a spool of Anycubic filament in my AMS, it's a cardboard spool and literally every switch it's throwing a failed to pull back filament error. It's like the rollers are just not gripping enough to reel in the spool. Just wondering what can be done to prevent this hot garbage from happening every 2 minutes. I'm at work and my print is just gonna sit for the next 10 damn hours now 🙄
