Brown Oil Leaking on Bambu A1 Mini

Post Body

On the gantry rail there is a steady flow of brown oil from the print head. Could this leftover factory oil? Printer is about two months old and shipped from bambu.

I fully cleaned the rails and applied my own oils when it first arrived. I use Super Lube clear synthetic oil for any rails and white grease for the Z-screws.

This oil does not appear on my A1 or other printers.

It's not a lot and so far has not affected prints. It is however a steady flow that needs to be cleaned off with each monthly cleaning cycle.

Any advice is appreciated.
