P1S Print issues

Hey so I got my brand new P1S today and I was trying to print my first piece but every time it would not be able to get the first layer right. I have recalibrated it, changed the s offset. Made sure to use brand new Bambu lab PLA Tough filament and use their preset. Iām very new to Bambu and not sure where to look or what causes the issue. Please help
