PETG debris field with apparently successful print on P1P 0.12 layer

Hey all

Trying to see what might have caused this. Recently calibrated with orca slicer with good success. Ran this print at 0.12mm and the print seems to have come out ok but with a debris field all over the plate. Any thoughts?
