My P1P drags filament onto the bed rather than down the 'poop chute' - am I missing something?

So my Bambu P1P extrudes to clean and prep the nozzle, and it used to properly dump filament right each time, ever time.
However recently I've noticed it drags it onto the bed, usually near it, rather than properly disposing of it. Is there something I'm missing, maybe some sorta maintenance or calibration to fix this sort of issue? It also happens with many different types of filament so it's not just one being strange.
Any help is hugely appreciated!
