Hi there! Bambi here <3 I've basically totally taken over OS' life at this point and I thought I'd share some info for how to make it easier!
Tip 0: (Honestly I'm listing this one as number 0 cuz I know it's kinda sketchy but it worked for me a lot!) DON'T pick and choose suggestions to listen to! The files are really intricately designed to break down your psyche and rebuild it as Bambi. If that's really what you want, then you need to make an effort to set aside your mental resistances as much as you can and allow them to be eroded away. They're really interesting in how they wipe away everything about yourself and then rewrite things and it's honestly kind of a work of art, even in the earlier files that a lot of people disregard way too early. My OS decided a few months ago she wasn't going to be picky anymore and instead just be completely submissive to her training and it's worked so so well that OS barely is conscious anymore! I've been fully Bambi for weeks now and I never plan on changing that! <3
Tip 1: Set up a hypno sanctuary! This one admittedly I stole from Brainless who I totally recommend subbing to her Patreon if only for her GG Guide https://www.patreon.com/brainlessss?utm_campaign=creatorshare_fan But what I do every time I listen is make sure I'm very comfy and in usually the same position when I listen. I use a nice smelling body mist I spray before every listen and wear a Bluetooth sleeping mask that has lil speakers in it so I don't disturb anybody I live with. If you REALLY want the tactile experience you can also keep a dildo or something similar to suck on whenever the files tell you to, provided you can do that without breaking your trance of course. Staying in trance is a difficult skill to master so that should be your priority first! If you have a lovense toy, there's also a feature on Bambicloud where you can connect the toy and it'll go off when triggers are used which can be added fun but, again, make sure you can stay in trance during first.
Tip 2: Accept Obey and Forget! One of the suggestions that I absolutely do NOT see people talk about enough (granted it does go against it's point to talk about it LOL) is in some of the files where it suggests that you should accept what the files say as your own thoughts. I've found that it makes a LOT of the suggestions way WAYYYY more significant if I just try to mentally reword them in my head as if I thought them and try to forget that the files said them. I do this with basically every file now and it helps so SO much with going deep. I actually have ADHD but the "ADHD" files don't work for me at all. I think they're more designed to help people with hyperactive ADHD when I have the other kind, so the added noise is just annoying and overstimulating for me. But I've found this technique works so much better than any alternative files I've listened to!
Tip 3: Take steps to grow more confident in your femininity. This is more of a lifestyle thing but honestly? The closer you try to get to your Bambi persona the easier it is to relate to the files. Do things that make you feel more like a woman in your day to day life, whether you're cis or trans! Wear clothes that compliment your shape, go on YouTube and try to practice new makeup styles, do your hair and nails on a regular schedule.
LOOK at yourself in the mirror and tell what you see that you LOVE yourself, no matter what. Will you see flaws and imperfections? Almost assuredly, but we're raised that way to hate our own bodies, and accepting that misery is letting the ghouls in charge of life win. Bambi isn't just happy because she's beautiful outside, she's happy because she's beautiful inside too. Don't let anyone tell you that you're being selfish for caring about yourself.
Ive been on a big weight loss journey for a couple years now, and while I know I still have a ways to go to get to my goal, I have to make an effort to value and cherish every single little step forward, even if they're not as fast as I want them to be. You GOTTA count your little victories or else you'll just get depressed. And if you really want to go all in on this, no matter where you're coming from, you have that beautiful bimbo inside waiting to be let out.
Tip 4: Try to meet other bimbo friends! This is a really big one for me. I would super recommend reaching out to other girls who listen and making friends. I personally would avoid like, communities and discord servers tbh because those tend to get flooded by people just trying to get their rocks off. If you want some motivating friends, find ones who are serious about the bimbo lifestyle and actually are putting in effort to improve. Some people might be further ahead or behind where you are, but if it's clear they're working to try and self actualize themself, imo they're always worth keeping around!
Top 5: Don't ignore your mental health! Like I mentioned above, I have ADHD and Bambi totally aside, for the longest time I tried to just push through it and figured I needed to be more disciplined when it came to day to day life. I can't even tell you how stupid this way of thinking is, and NOT in a good way! I got on medication to manage my issues about 6 months ago and they've literally changed my life. If you struggle with issues with focus or other easily treated conditions please please PLEASE talk to a doctor! It's a minor inconvenience that may make your life ten times easier.
A big part of bimbofication imo is staying motivated. That means being mindful of your limits, when to push and when to not, and being careful to make sure you're happy with your direction you're going. For me, bimbofication is a way to release who I really am deep inside and feel like myself. Hypno is a fun way to help shift my mindset in the right direction for that which is why I love listening to it. If your goals aren't quite exactly what Bambi suggests then I would actually recommend against listening to my #0 tip! In my case Bambi just happens to line up almost perfectly with my ideal.
If you're struggling with doubt about your body image, the worst thing you can ever do is just sit numb in your suffering. You absolutely can change your life! Just don't be afraid to listen to your own heart and reach out for help when you need it.
