I just had a thought, how much exposure should I be giving myself to Bambi?
Originally, when I first started messing around with Bambi around a year ago, I'd only listen to some of the starter files once before bed and then turn it off as soon as it was over. I don't think this was enough though, I struggle to go under and seem to have most success when I'm excruciatingly tired.
Since I started listening again, I've been waiting until I'm fairly certain that I'm about to fall asleep and then I've stuck Bambi on. I've also started looping the files so that they play over and over as I sleep. I've fallen asleep pretty early into the files so far, which is surprising for me because I'm not one to fall asleep while listening to music or anything like that, yet so far not once have I found the files to be irritating.
Is this a good idea though? Am I still getting the benefits of the files while I'm sleeping? The other night, I could hear the files in my dreams. Is it too much? Is it possible to expose oneself to too much hypno?
