Does Bambi still affect you if there hasn't been a trigger

I'm new to hypnosis and have heard a lot about Bambi and wanted to find out more about tj e triggers.
Does anyone feel that they are still affected by Bambi in some way even though they haven't heard the triggers at all? And also I've heard that people can stay in Bambi for hours. How does this happen and if they wanted to get out how can they?
