Out of interest how are some able to hear bs for hours. Out of curiosity I wanted to try bs out but didn't wanted to go deep. Everytime when I tried it I just stop after 20 minutes because I couldn't lay anymore with doing nothing. I am a guy who thinks a lot and can't stay calm. So I am just wondering how other can hear bs for longer time or how it was for them for the first thew times, mabey simular to me? Or are there other ways, tricks...
