Hi, I have been doing Bambi for months and trying a 4 month plan.
I need advice on large or super large breast plates. I bought an H cup off Amazon nd it tore after 3 uses and no communications from the manufacturer.
What does everyone use that is durable? I need more than an H (good) and considering S and z cup and other below the waist pull ons.
2nd question is how do I get my supportive partner to use more trigger words and general thoughts for reinforcement?
Also having more support here would be great 😊!
