I'm getting conflicting information on if BambiSleep can create a tulpae/tulpa or not and I wanted to ask if anyone here had an opinion on that or knows anything more. Also I'm not sure if I flaired this post properly (pls let me know if I need to change it).

As someone who is fairly active in spaces for plural folks (often this includes basic definitions like "many minds, one body," where internally someone is not just one person/being/entity), I am curious about what people think.

To try to give some more context, plurality is the state of having multiple headmates/alters collectively sharing a single body, which includes experiences like Dissociative Identity Disorder and non-disordered experiences of being plural. Tulpamancy is one of those non-disordered experiences, which is usually when someone purposely creates a headmate or internal being (this is called a tulpa/tulpae).

It is also possible to accidentally create a tulpa. As someone who does not really believe in spiritual and/or supernatural phenomena, the creation of a tulpa must be an internal process of segmenting a piece of yourself into an internal seperate being/entity/self (I don't really see what else could be happening).

From what I know, BambiSleep focuses on creating a persona that is Bambi (with everything that includes, most basic thing is bimboification). I've noticed that some people report this persona taking over their body and basically puppeteering their body - which is not usually typical of having a tulpa but people describing co-consciousness within plurality have described similar things to this, so that sort of implies that there's at least some overlap between a persona and a headmate (an internal being/personality/state/facet).

Does that make sense? I'm not sure if it does so I'm genuinely asking.

I'm also not entirely sure what BambiSleep does at this point so my comments on this might be a bit off because of that (I'm aware of the basics and have access to transcripts of a decent number of B-S files but not much more than that).

I also sort of want to know more after learning about the specifics of B-S files (personally I have listened to some of BambiSleep files but only briefly and not while in trance) because a while ago I did encounter someone trying to create a tulpa specifically using BambiSleep and at the time it concerned me but I'm now curious if that's actually possible (it is still kinda concerning though that there are people out there who are attempting that).
