Do the files work better for you as a nap or leading into sleep sleep?

Usually when listening to full sessions i tend to use them like a mid day nap, i listen through and then go about the rewt of my day. More recently there have been more times where ill put a playlist on when i lay down for bed. Generally when i day listen i remember way more of the files but since the effects have been getting baked in i can feel them more immediately. Whereas when i listen as im going to bed ive been finding myself coming around like 3 hours after a 1.5hr playlist with zero memory of anything past hitting play; but im afraid it might be because i just fell asleep and im not sure how well yhe files actually set.

So sisters, i ask y'all which mode of listening you think will give bambi more power in the long run?

Edit note: the big sessions do also get mixed with a lot of casual listening to loose bambi/other bambi-like hypnos throughout my day.
