Hi! 31/M evening worker seeks a running buddy for morning and early afternoon runs along the GW Parkway area, C&O Canal, or National Mall areas. I'm in relatively good fitness, but my run time isn't great and I want someone to keep me accountable or maybe challenge me. I run anywhere between 8:40 per mile pace, to 9:45 per mile (on bad days).

I'm a white male, 6'1" in height, a veteran, and do evening work as a LEO. I like movies and movie soundtracks, video games, military history and strategy, random science facts, and conversations.
