I’m unhappy it’s Friday evening again already and simply looking for a pleasant distraction.

I'm from Ireland and just to get a few things out of the way: I've never had Lucky Charms, they aren't sold in Ireland. Corned beef and cabbage isn't Irish. I've never had it. I don't have red hair and I am not drunk all the time. Yes, I do love potatoes and yes, I still have the accent. Finally, it’s great you have ancestors from Ireland but no I don’t know your cousins.

I'm a pretty active person - I hike and cycle a lot. I like to travel whether that be road trips or internationally. I view time as a non-renewable resource so try to be quite conscious about how I use it. I'm a pretty avid reader but equally enjoy a good TV show or movie. I'm a reasonably skilled cook and baker. The cacio e pepe I made the other day was sensational. If you like bread, cake, brownies and the like, then I'm your man.

I don't really have any expectations from this post and I'm not looking for anything hyper specific. It absolutely feels like shouting into a void but I'm excited to see what, if anything, is shouted back.
