what weight is ideal to wear all day when doing something? 1 pound at least or below? any experience on wearing 1 pound ?

I’d like to know what it’s like to wear it in public: is it too heavy (you can manage the weight and it doesn’t hurt, but you still feel that it’s pulling)? or light weight is best because you feel nothing?
