Question for 24/7 stretchers…

So I want to ask all you guys that stretch or use weights 24/7 do you take them off for showering? I haven’t started yet and have only stretched/used weights for maybe a day at a time. I wanna lock my boys into constant workout or stretching mode. Any help would be great!!! Thank you in advance!!! Also, private messages are welcome, would love to make friends in the low hanger community.
