Odd medical question
Post Body

Guess not too odd. I'm in my mid 30s. When I was exactly 30, I survived 2 brain aneurysms, 6 months apart. Since my left side is extremely spastic ( difficult to control) I've found ball stretching to be some relief. Not completely go away, but briefly bearable. No, of course no medical research into this πŸ˜’this is all coming from what my body tells me. I'll often explain my spasticity as; your muscles are rubber bands. Stretch them out. That's what my muscles feel like 24/7. Left side being effected side. Stretching lefty, the rubber bands feel looser. Easier to control. Idk, maybe someone with medical background can explain?
