Hanging by balls

I've seen few homemade videos of guys hanging themselves from balls.
Usually by a rope on the ceiling or on a tree, they walk upon a stair or chair and hang themselves upside down by the balls only.
Has anyone here ever tried that? Maybe some of more experienced stretchers around here?
I'm very attracted by and would like to try it or (even better) having my girl hanging on my balls only, like on swing hooked to my stretchers.
