Busting my own balls half of the time. How to maximize it?

That's my situation:

After years and years of extreme ballstretching my balls now hang very low, are used to some abuse and are permanently weighted. That means my balls always hang low and are "in the middle" whatever I do.

Sitting, walking, crouching, standing at my desk.. everything I do squeeze and hits my balls. Beside that, I like to feel pressure on them so I often sits on my balls or pull them below.

At home I like to have my balls trampled and stomped by my wife. Something we do once a week and I lately can cum just by her standing on full weight.

I also started pressing and standing full weight on my own, resting them on a table, with both my hands on, I can lift and press with all my weight.

With all that said, how can I spicy things up and get more extreme?

I don't like kicks and punches. Only focused on stomping and standing.
