Just finished my honour run in ps5 as fallen durge didn’t get the trophy for beating honour mode or the dice. There were a couple of times that I was about to fail and dropped out of the game and relaunched the file is still marked as on honour mode so I thought I was fine is that the reason I didn’t get the trophy or is it something else
