New to BG3. And I noticed my healing spells from my party dont seem to replenish or recharge. How do I recharge them? I noticed even outside of combat they are still blanked out ( am early in the game, in ruins outside the mindflayer ship crash.)

And how do I set up camps and what do they do? And I notice theres so much things to pick up, like cups, plates etc. what purpose does it serve? What should I be picking up?

The tutorial set me up with basic combat but Im not sure how much of it works. How do I see individual armour stats?
